Australians cutting off friends, reducing social circles to cope with cost of living

A survey by Finder found that six percent of Australians have ended friendships due to financial strain, equating to 1.25 million people. Additionally, 16 percent are reducing the number of friends to manage the rising cost of living, totaling 3.3 million individuals.
