LAPD arrests man with 'lighter in the design of a pistol'

A man resembling a firearm near a Hollywood community pool was arrested by the LAPD. Darrell Morgan was located walking near the L.A. Department of Recreation and Parks Hollywood Pool after a call was made to the police. The incident occurred at 5 p.m. on Thursday near Cole and Lexington avenues.
