North Bay news: Musician Jacob Hoggard found not guilty of sexual assault

Canadian musician Jacob Hoggard has been found not guilty of sexually assaulting a young woman in northeastern Ontario eight years ago. The jurors in Haileybury, Ontario deliberated for less than six hours before delivering a unanimous verdict on Friday. Hoggard, the former frontman of Hedley, had pleaded not guilty to the sexual assault charges.
