New ActionSA councillor sworn in by CoE speaker

The Speaker of Council in the CoE, Clr Nthabiseng Tshivhenga, oversaw the swearing-in of an ActionSA councillor, Clr Tumelo Brian Tshabalala, following the CoE Standing Orders By-Law guidelines. This event took place last Friday, with Clr Tshabalala taking his oath of office before the speaker in accordance with Rule 11 (1), (2) and (3).
