Hany Bhollah, a 23-year-old man, was caught attempting to send cannabis to his friends from a Dublin post office, resulting in his arrest after matching receipts were found in his bedroom. The judge presiding over the case, David McHugh, has decided to adjourn the proceedings to allow Bhollah to participate in a restorative justice programme. Bhollah, residing in Clondalkin, pleaded guilty to possession of the illegal substance, and will now undergo the recommended programme before further legal action is taken.
