There is a call to strengthen municipal partnerships between Ukrainian and European municipalities and share best practices for supporting rural communities. European local authorities are urged to show solidarity with Ukraine and oppose Russia, while also developing projects to aid in Ukraine’s protection and recovery. The Congress is encouraged to raise awareness of Ukrainian needs and promote cooperation for their benefit.
