EMP Drug Enforcement Unit officers in Kwa-Thema intercepted two male suspects, aged 20 and 33, for fraud after discovering a red Toyota Conquest with a fraudulent license disc on Habede Street. The officers conducted tests on the vehicle’s details using the e-Natis system and promptly made arrests. The suspects were apprehended in accordance with the law, as reported by CoE spokesperson Zweli Dlamini.
