Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a decree to increase the number in the armed forces to 2,389,130, making it the second largest military force in the world after China. Intruder arrested at Windsor Castle close to William and Kate’s home
A man in his 30s was arrested for allegedly trespassing on the grounds of Windsor Castle just after 1pm on Sunday, June 1, and for possession of Class A drugs.
