Serial burglar targeted women's apartments, stole their underwear: police

Police in Irvine arrested 19-year-old Trung Thuan Tran for multiple burglaries targeting single women at Park West Apartment Community. Tran was apprehended as part of an investigation into burglaries on Parkview Lane. Police believe Tran specifically targeted apartments of single women.
