The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has distanced itself from derogatory remarks made by senior leader Vikar Rasool Wani against alliance partner National Conference (NC). JKPCC President Tariq Hameed Karra strongly condemned Wani’s unparliamentary language used during a program in Banihal, emphasizing the party’s disapproval of such behavior. The incident occurred on Sunday when Wani, Congress candidate from Banihal, made disrespectful comments about the NC leadership, prompting the JKPCC to issue a statement denouncing his actions.
