Paris 2024 Paralympics: Sarah Storey wins 19th gold in thrilling road race

British cyclist Storey, who opted out of track cycling events in Paris to concentrate on road events, secured a gold medal in the time trial following her victory in Clichy-sous-Bois. Riding alongside Gaugain and Ossa Veloza, Storey and Gaugain broke away on the final lap of the five-lap course, with Storey emerging as the eventual winner. Storey expressed her satisfaction with the outcome of the race.
