Australian farmers to get fix for methane-laced cow burps before NZ

Tests have shown that a new product can reduce a cow’s methane emissions by three-quarters for 100 days with just one dose. This solution may be available to New Zealand farmers next year, with Australian farmers receiving it first. While a similar product exists for feedlot cattle overseas, grazing animals in New Zealand and Australia have been slower to adopt methane-cutting solutions.
