In the men’s final, Arthur Fils claimed his first Masters 1000 title by overcoming Frances Tiafoe 6-3, 1-6, 6-0, marking the first ATP Masters 1000 final between two Black players. Fils, at 22, became the youngest French champion in Masters 1000 history, while Tiafoe sought to become the first American man to win in Cincinnati since 2006.
