Heavy rains have lashed parts of Delhi-NCR, providing much-needed relief from the sweltering heat and humid weather. The downpour has brought down the temperature, giving residents a break from the oppressive conditions. The sudden change in weather has also led to waterlogging in some areas, causing inconvenience to commuters.
