A Belgium-based NGO, the Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF), has called for the arrest of Eitan Gilboa, an Israeli army reservist vacationing in Himachal Pradesh, India, over his alleged involvement in war crimes during the conflict in Gaza. HRF claims to have evidence, including videos and social media posts, showing Gilboa celebrating the demolition of civilian buildings in Gaza. The organization argues that India, as a signatory to the Geneva Conventions, is obligated to prosecute individuals accused of grave breaches of international law.
