Formula One has announced the cancellation of the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grands Prix scheduled for April due to ongoing conflicts in the Middle East. The races will not be replaced on the calendar, and rescheduling later in the year is unlikely due to logistical and weather concerns. FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem emphasized the priority of safety in the decision, which affects not only Formula One but also associated events like Formula Two and Formula Three.
