Brodie Kingsford found with child sexual abuse material

A 33-year-old convicted sex offender, Brodie Alexander Ian Kingsford, admitted to intentionally downloading child exploitation material on two phones, claiming he felt “miserable and deserved unhappiness.” He possessed 61 images and videos of young girls, which violated his extended supervision order (ESO) that mandates monitoring for high-risk offenders. Kingsford was sentenced in Hamilton District Court on multiple charges related to the objectionable material and the breach of his ESO.
