U.S. service members from Ohio National Guard and Florida killed in Iraq aircraft crash

Six U.S. service members from the Ohio Air National Guard and a Florida crew were identified following a military refueling aircraft crash in Iraq on March 12. The deceased include Capt. Seth R. Koval, Capt. Curtis J. Angst, Tech. Sgt. Tyler H. Simmons, Maj. John A. Klinner, Capt. Ariana G. Savino, and Tech. Sgt. Ashley B. Pruitt. The KC-135 aircraft was on a combat mission over friendly territory when it crashed near the Iraqi-Jordanian border; an investigation is underway.
