Old Dominion University shooting investigated as terrorism; gunman had ISIS ties

A shooting at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, left one person dead and two others injured, with the FBI investigating it as an act of terrorism. The shooter, 36-year-old Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a former Virginia National Guardsman with a prior conviction for attempting to support ISIS, was killed by students after he opened fire during a class. All victims were affiliated with the university, and the two injured are in stable condition.
