Google has expanded its Gemini-powered features in Chrome, now available to users in Canada, India, and New Zealand, with plans to support 50 more languages, including French, Hindi, and Spanish. To access these features, users can click the sparkle icon in the top right corner for a sidebar interface that allows chatting with the Gemini chatbot and using Google’s image generator. Google intends to roll out Gemini in Chrome to more countries and languages throughout 2026. Users can also choose to disable the feature by unpinning the icon.
