An Iranian drone was shot down east of Riyadh, as Iran launched a series of drone and missile attacks on Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states. Iranian leaders, including Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, have communicated with Saudi officials, emphasizing a commitment to avoid attacks on Saudi territory.
