‘Brady Bunch’ house designated as historic site in Los Angeles

The Los Angeles City Council has officially designated the Studio City house used for exterior shots of “The Brady Bunch” as a historic-cultural monument, following a unanimous vote by the Cultural Heritage Commission. This 1970s-era home, located on Dilling Avenue, was prominently featured in the iconic sitcom from 1969 to 1974 and later appeared in “The Brady Bunch Movie” and its sequel. Renovated by HGTV in 2019, the property was sold to Tina Trahan for $3.2 million, and it will be used for charity and fundraising events, rather than as a personal residence.
