Qatar states Iran did not warn of missile attacks, no communication with Tehran

Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated that there is currently no communication between Doha and Tehran, as Iran conducts retaliatory missile attacks across the Gulf in response to US and Israeli actions. Qatar was not notified of the incoming attacks, with Iranian targets extending beyond military sites to include all Qatari territory. Despite attempts to attack Hamad International Airport being thwarted, almost 8,000 people remain stranded in Qatar due to airspace closures. QatarEnergy has also halted production of various downstream products in response to the military attacks.
