Hawks defeat Trail Blazers 135-101 after scoring 44 points in first quarter

Onyeka Okongwu scored 25 points and CJ McCollum added 19 as the Atlanta Hawks defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 135-101, marking their fourth consecutive win. Jonathan Kuminga contributed 20 points and seven rebounds off the bench, helping the Hawks reach a .500 record for the first time since December. Atlanta dominated the game, shooting 55% from the field and establishing a season-high 44 points in the first quarter. The Blazers, missing leading scorer Deni Avdija, have now lost two straight games.
