Mother gives back after son experiences homelessness for years

Bernice Glenn has witnessed her son struggle with homelessness, addiction, and mental illness for 16 years, as he cycles in and out of life on the streets in rural Ontario. To raise awareness and support for those affected by similar issues, she formed a fundraising team for the Coldest Night of the Year walk, which supports local charities aiding the homeless. The event will see over 36,500 participants across Canada, raising significant funds for organizations assisting those in need.
