A road rage incident in which Christopher Shaw, 40, attacked 68-year-old Christopher Lavis occurred after Lavis adhered to a 20mph speed limit and yielded to oncoming traffic. Shaw punched Lavis, causing fractures to his cheekbone, nose, and eye socket while his wife sat in the passenger seat.
