Charles Leclerc marked the start of the final week of pre-season testing for the 2026 Formula 1 season by recording the fastest time in Bahrain, clocking a 1m33.739s on prototype tyres during the morning session. This time was just 0.070s off the previous week’s benchmark. Leclerc’s performance highlighted Ferrari’s strong showing as top teams continued to assert their dominance over the midfield. This was Leclerc’s second session of the week, demonstrating consistent speed and competitiveness.
