A head-on collision occurred late last night in Glen Eden, Auckland, resulting in one fatality and two individuals sustaining moderate injuries. The accident took place just after 11pm on Great North Rd, near Waikumete Cemetery. Senior Sergeant Michael Wickman confirmed that the Serious Crash Unit is investigating the incident. Emergency services reported that three people were trapped in the vehicles involved.
