Officer Killed, Another Wounded in Georgia Hotel Shooting

A Georgia man, Kevin Andrews, shot two police officers at a hotel after inviting them into his room while they were investigating a fraudulent credit card use. Officer Pradeep Tamang was killed, and Officer David Reed was seriously injured. Andrews, who was also shot during the incident, is facing multiple charges, including malice murder. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is conducting an ongoing inquiry into the shooting.
