The Artemis II mission features three seasoned NASA astronauts: Reid Wiseman, Christina Koch, and Victor Glover, alongside debutant Jeremy Hansen, marking him as the first Canadian to journey to the moon. Wiseman, a single father of two, balances his excitement for exploration with the emotional toll on his family, while Koch reflects on the significance of the mission for future generations. The crew will conduct crucial tests and experiments to prepare for the Artemis III lunar landing in 2027. All astronauts are bringing personal mementos to connect with their families during this historic flight.
