Nursery worker pleads guilty to upskirting children

Paedophile nursery worker Vincent Chan, 45, has pleaded guilty to 26 sexual offences, including upskirting and filming the abuse of girls aged three and four at Bright Horizons nursery in West Hampstead. His charges include ten counts of taking indecent photographs, six of outraging public decency, and nine of voyeurism, among others. Police discovered over 25,000 indecent images and videos of children during a search of his home. Chan will be sentenced on February 12 for all admitted offences.
