Former British town councillor Philip Young, 49, pleaded guilty to 48 sexual offences, including 11 counts of rape, against his ex-wife Joanne Young, spanning from 2010 to 2023. Appearing at Winchester Crown Court, he admitted to drugging her and committing voyeurism, recording her without consent over 200 times.
