Irish actor Diarmaid Murtagh will play the villain Drom Baxton, second-in-command of the space pirate crew The Brigands, in DC Studios’ upcoming Supergirl, set for release this June. Murtagh joins a cast including Milly Alcock and Matthias Schoenaerts, who portrays the main antagonist Krem of the Yellow Hills. The film, directed by Craig Gillespie, follows Supergirl and a young alien girl on a quest for revenge, drawing inspiration from the acclaimed comic series Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
