A separate National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG) will manage day-to-day operations, with Nickolay Mladenov representing the board on the ground. The initiative follows a ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel and aims to stabilize the region and support Palestinian governance efforts.
