Airports in Budapest, Bratislava, and Vienna have temporarily closed due to icy weather, disrupting flights across Europe. Vienna Airport reported a thick layer of ice on runways that repeatedly froze during clearing efforts, leading to flight diversions. Prague Airport is operating in a limited capacity as staff work to de-ice the main runway, causing expected delays. Vienna and Bratislava airports are set to reopen shortly.
