Backpacker sells van after being lost in WA outback

German backpacker Carolina Wilga is selling her Mitsubishi Delica van for $5,000, five months after it crashed in WA’s Wheatbelt, leading to her survival of 11 nights alone in the outback. After the accident, she drank rainwater and slept in a cave before being rescued by a local farmer. The van, needing repairs but equipped for travel, has been listed on Facebook Marketplace. Wilga expressed gratitude for the community support during her ordeal and acknowledged her confusion after the crash.
