Colts QB Philip Rivers to Retire After 2025 Season

On ‘The Kay Adams Show,’ Philip Rivers announced he will retire from the NFL again after the 2025 season, having come out of retirement to play for the Indianapolis Colts due to injuries to their starting quarterbacks. Despite the Colts’ 0-3 record during his three starts, Rivers showcased his elite football IQ and ability to read defenses, impressing fans and possibly enhancing his Hall of Fame candidacy. After this brief stint, he will return to coaching high school football in Alabama. Rivers expressed enjoyment in his return, despite the disappointing game outcomes.
