Investigators: Burst tyre and speed caused Anthony Joshua crash

A Nigerian traffic compliance agency has reported that a car accident involving former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua was caused by a burst tyre before the vehicle collided with a stationary truck. Joshua, 36, is currently in a stable condition at Lagos’ Duchess International Hospital, while two of his associates tragically lost their lives in the incident. Preliminary investigations indicated that the SUV Joshua was in was likely speeding at the time of the crash. The accident occurred on a major road connecting Lagos and Ibadan.
