Karnataka High Court allows police to continue probe against BJP chief J P Nadda, Amit Malviya | India News

In a recent decision, the Karnataka High Court has granted permission for the police to continue their investigation against BJP chief J P Nadda and party’s IT cell head Amit Malviya. The court has dismissed the petition filed by the two leaders seeking to quash the FIR against them for allegedly sharing a fake toolkit related to COVID-19. The investigation will now proceed as the court has allowed the police to conduct further inquiries into the matter.
