Zuffa Boxing to Host First Event During UFC 324 Weekend

Zuffa Boxing is set to debut on January 23, 2024, one night before UFC 324 in Las Vegas, although the venue for the boxing event remains unconfirmed. Operated by TKO Group Holdings with funding from Saudi Arabia, it aims to build a roster of approximately 200 fighters and plans to host “two to four” annual superfights. TKO’s president Mark Shapiro emphasized that the organization is not taking financial risks due to Saudi investment and aims to replicate the successful business model of UFC. Broadcast partners, including Netflix, have shown interest in airing future events.
