Two prisoners accidentally released in the past three weeks are still at large, according to Justice Secretary David Lammy. He revealed that 91 prisoners were mistakenly freed between April and October, and confirmed that recent releases include more violent offenders. Lammy noted that while 12 prisoners were released in error recently, the overall trend is declining. He emphasized that transitioning to a digital system would help reduce human errors in prison releases.
