The historic home of Prime Minister Sir Robert Borden, located in Grand-Pré, Nova Scotia, is for sale for $1.375 million, marking its first sale in over twenty years. Built in 1792 and designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2012, the property features five bedrooms and three baths, alongside extensive renovations completed in 2004. Borden, born there in 1854, served as Canada’s eighth prime minister during significant events, including World War I. The property, which includes a barn and expansive grounds, has seen a dramatic increase in value since its last sale in 1999 for $135,000.
