Noronex Limited has launched its Namibian exploration campaign at the Powerline project, successfully identifying a promising copper-silver horizon in its first drill hole. The company is conducting a 7,000m reverse circulation drill program across its extensive Humpback–Damara grounds, with significant findings including a 9-metre intersection grading 0.45% copper and 43g/t silver. Backed by South32 under a 2024 farm-in agreement, Noronex plans further drilling to explore the mineralized zone’s potential. The exploration efforts position Powerline as a noteworthy contender in the Kalahari Copper Belt.
