The Newfoundland and Labrador government is addressing concerns over a health human resource plan by Deloitte, which contains four fake citations. This follows scrutiny of the Education Accord, which had at least 15 false citations. Deloitte has acknowledged the inaccuracies and is conducting a full review, while NDP Leader Jim Dinn calls for a refund due to the report’s credibility issues. Premier Tony Wakeham described the situation as “embarrassing” and plans to investigate the Education Accord further.
