The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) criticized Congress after protesters at a Delhi air pollution demonstration raised slogans supporting slain Naxal commander Madvi Hidma. BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi accused the protestors of masking their true intentions and claimed Congress dreams of power with extremist support. The protest escalated as demonstrators allegedly used pepper spray on police, leading to the arrest of 15 activists. Meanwhile, the Delhi Coordination Committee for Clean Air highlighted the city’s severe air quality crisis and criticized government measures as ineffective.
