Polish Government: Russian Secret Services Behind Rail Line Explosion
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

An explosion on a Polish railway line used for aid to Ukraine was reportedly initiated by Russian secret services, according to Polish officials. Prime Minister Donald Tusk labeled the act as “unprecedented sabotage,” stating that two Ukrainian individuals collaborated with Russian intelligence and have fled to Belarus. Following the incident, which damaged rail infrastructure, Poland raised the threat level for certain railway lines and initiated an investigation into acts of sabotage for foreign intelligence. No injuries were reported, but the attacks posed significant risks to public safety.
