NEW DELHI: Chirag Paswan, chief of LJP(RV), criticized the “false narrative” about alleged rifts with JD(U) during the Bihar Assembly elections, asserting that his party’s performance contradicted exit poll predictions. He praised Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for his leadership amidst criticism and condemned the Opposition for their negative tactics. The NDA coalition achieved a significant victory, securing over 200 seats, while the Mahagathbandhan won only 35. Paswan emphasized the unity of NDA partners in fulfilling voters’ aspirations and dismissed the Opposition’s claims regarding electoral misconduct.
