Paul Lipscombe, a senior NHS manager, was arrested at a KFC drive-thru for kidnapping a 15-year-old girl, whom he had restrained and sexually assaulted. He attempted to manipulate the situation by suggesting she would falsely report abuse by others. Convicted of raping a 12-year-old and abusing five more girls via Snapchat, Lipscombe received a 28-year prison sentence, with police encouraging further victims to come forward. Judge Raynor described him as a “warped” individual who posed significant risks to young girls.
