Justin Baldoni Will Not Refile Lawsuit, Lawyer Confirms

Justin Baldoni’s lawyer has announced that the actor opted not to refile his $400 million lawsuit against Blake Lively after it was dismissed by a judge, in order to preserve the right to appeal. Following the dismissal in June, there were indications that an amended complaint would be filed, but this did not occur. A final judgment was entered last month, concluding the case unless an appeal is made. Baldoni’s lawyer clarified that no deadlines were missed in this decision.
