Injuries have been reported following a UPS plane crash near Louisville International Airport on Tuesday. The Louisville Metro Police Department advised residents to avoid the area due to fire and debris, extending a shelter-in-place order for a 5-mile radius. UPS Flight 2976, which had just taken off for Honolulu, crashed shortly after departure, likely due to being full of fuel, resulting in a significant fire. The incident occurred near the UPS Worldport, a major international hub processing over 400,000 packages an hour.
